Project Instructions
Paint plaque. Let dry.
Cut black and white paper to fit inside plaque. Adhere to plaque with glue stick.
Cut black cardstock to 3" x 6½".
Cut turquoise cardstock to 3" x 6½" and then tear edges.
Use brads to attach to black cardstock.
Center on plaque with pop dots.
Personalize with alphabet stickers.
