Project Instructions
Using star paper as frame base from paper pad, adhere to face of frame.
Cut out center photo opening and lightly ink around all edges.
Trim green print paper 8” x 2”, ink edges and adhere centered under photo opening.
Add “Basketball” atop green to create title and additional chipboard stickers as shown.
