2000's 1st we had each other…12”x12” layout
- DCWV 12”x12” Baby Girl Stack
- 12”x12” Gray cardstock sheet - 2 pages
- 4”x6” photo
- Medium yellow rhinestones
- Scalloped decorative border punch
- Corner rounder paper crafting punch
- Paper crafting adhesive (including adhesive foam squares)
- Paper trimmer
Select a print from the stack. Cut it to 11 ½”x11 ½” and adhere it to the center of your first 12”x12” gray cardstock sheet.
Select 2 contrasting prints from the stack. Cut a strip from the first one measuring ¾”x11 ½”. Adhere this vertically to the center of the page. Cut 3, ½”x11 ½” strips from the other sheet. Punch along one side of each strip with the decorative border punch. Adhere the first 2 strips vertically on either side of the center strip, scallops facing out. Adhere the last strip vertically to the left side of the page, left edge flush with the left edge of the larger square and the scallop facing in.
Cut a 4 ¾”x6 ¾” rectangle from the same print used for the scalloped strips. Cut a 3”x6 ½” strip from the 2nd sheet of gray cardstock. Adhere the gray cardstock strip horizontally to the center of the printed rectangle. Adhere the photo in the center of this grouping, and then adhere the matted photo to the page in the middle of the right side.
Embellish your page by cutting out several strips with words and sentiment squares. Lay them out and arrange until your page looks as desired. Adhere each piece in place, adding adhesive foam squares behind some of the elements to give the page a 3-dimensional look.
