3M Spray Adhesive for Styrofoam™
3M Spray Adhesive for Styrofoam™ is a fast way to bond Styrofoam™ to itself and to other materials such as paper, fabric and foil. The nozzle can create a variable spray pattern of narrow (1-inch) to wide (3-inches), allowing you to target the specific area to be sprayed. This spray adhesive will not melt or dissolve craft foam.
COMMONLY USED SURFACE-TO-SURFACE APPLICATIONS ARE:
- Polystyrene
- Foam Core
- Paper
- Fabric
- Wood
DIRECTIONS & TIPS FOR USING 3M SPRAY ADHESIVE FOR STYROFOAM:
- Select spray pattern width by turning spray tip to desired setting.
- Spray 6-8-inches away from craft foam at a 90-degree angle in both directions for full coverage. Don’t spray too fast.
- Once sprayed, let dry 2-3 minutes or until tacky, then make bond using firm pressure.
TEMPERATURE RECOMMENDATIONS/LIMITATIONS: Performs best when applied at room temperature.
CURE RATE & DRYING TIME: 5 to 15 minutes depending on amount applied.
GAP FILLING ABILITY: Great
CLEAN UP & REMOVAL RECOMMENDATIONS: Use a solvent based cleaner.
CAUTION ADVISORIES OR SAFETY RECOMMENDATIONS: Use in a well-ventilated area. Do not store at temperatures above 120-degrees Fahrenheit. Avoid skin and eye contact.
