Project Instructions
Step: 1
Remove the label for the 2 liter bottle and make sure all the glue is removed. Using the craft knife, cut the bottle down the side and open it up. Cut out a 5" wide piece from the flat part of plastic.
Step: 2
Trace the plastic onto the scrapbook paper. You will need to overlap the paper because it is not wide enough to go around only once. Cut the paper out with scissors and glue the right side to the inside of plastic tube using the Mod Podge. Allow to dry.
Step: 3
Make a tube and secure it the stapler.
Step: 4
Staple the paper trim to the top and bottom edge.
Step: 5
Cut six 24" pieces of ribbon from the 1½" red ribbon.
Step: 6
Cut one 28" piece from the 3/8" red ribbon.
Step: 7
Hot glue the six pieces for streamers from the bottom of the inside of windsock. Hot glue 3/8" ribbon from the top of the inside of windsock.
