Project Instructions

Step 1 Open your 60 6.5mm gold tone jump rings. (These will now be called “A.”)

Step 2 Separate 130 closed 6.5mm jump rings. (These will now be called “B.”)

Step 3 Using your pliers, open 60 4mm silver-tone jump rings and insert a gold bead on each jump ring. Put aside. (These will now be called “jump rings C.”)

Step 4 Using your pliers, open all eight 5mm jump rings and put aside. (These will now be called jump rings “D.”)

Step 5 Insert one “A” jump ring through six “B” jump rings. Close jump ring “A” using your chain nose pliers.

Step 6 Insert a second “A” jump ring through two new “B” jump rings and then through four jump rings from Step 5.

Step 7 Repeat Step 4 a total of 115 additional times until your chain has approximately 117 internal rings “A” and 119 external rings “B.”

Step 8 Starting at one end of your necklace take a jump ring “C” and insert it through the first and second consecutive jump rings “B.” Close jump ring “C” tightly with your pliers.

Step 9 Take a second jump ring “C” and insert it through the second and third consecutive jump rings “B.”

Step 10 Repeat Step 8 with jump rings “C” down the entire length of your necklace.

Step 11 Take one jump ring “D” and insert it through the first two jump rings “B” on one end of your necklace. Repeat on the opposite end.

Step 12 Take three additional jump rings “D” and link them together. Link one end through the first jump ring “A” and through the previous jump ring “D.” Repeat on the opposite end of the necklace.

Step 13 Attach a jump ring to one end of your necklace on the final jump ring “D.”

Step 14 Attach a final jump ring “A” on the opposite end of your necklace.
