Project Instructions

Using the 18" circle link necklace chain, cut the chain 6½" past one side of the spring ring clasp then cut the chain 7¼" past the other side of the clasp. Attach a 4mm jump ring to the free end of each chain.

Make the 3 bead links: two 8mm smoke round links and one 8mm lime satin round link.

Connect one end of the lime link and a hammered link to the jump ring at the end of the 6½" chain. Connect one smoke link and one hammered link together using 4mm jump rings at each end. Then attach the smoke/hammered ring group to the lime/hammered ring group using a 4mm jump ring.

Connect the remaining smoke link and hammered link together using a 4mm jump ring at one end then bring the other ends together using the jump ring attached to the other end of the 7¼" chain.

Cut the following lengths of oval link chain: 5", 5½", 9", 9¼", 6¾" and 8¼".

Use a 4mm jump ring to gather the 5" and 5½" chains together at each end. Cut a 9" length of beading wire and attach one end of the wire to the same jump ring using a crimp tube. Thread on 18 indicolite rounds and then using a crimp tube, attach the wire to the other jump ring. Attach the jump rings to the jump rings at the bottom of the smoke/hammered ring groups.

Attach the 9" chain to the jump rings at the bottom of the smoke/hammered ring groups. Cut two 9" lengths of beading wire. Attach each wire to its own 4mm jump ring using a crimp tube. Thread 18 smoke rounds onto a wire and using a crimp tube, connect the other end of the wire to another 4mm jump ring. Thread 18 lime rounds onto the other wire and using a crimp tube, connect the other end of the wire to another 4mm jump ring.

Using the jump rings attached to the smoke beaded strand, connect the strand approximately ½" down the 8" oval link chain on both sides.

Using the jump rings attached to the lime beaded strand, connect the strand approximately 1" down the 8" oval link chain on both sides.

Using 4mm jump rings, attach the 9¼" chain to each smoke group.

Cut three 10" lengths of beading wire. Attach each wire to its own 4mm jump ring using a crimp tube.

Thread 21 indicolite rounds onto a wire and using a crimp tube, attach the other end of the wire to a 4mm jump ring.

Thread 21 smoke rounds onto a wire and using a crimp tube, attach the other end of the wire to a 4mm jump ring.

Thread 21 lime rounds onto a wire and using a crimp tube, attach the other end of the wire to a 4mm jump ring.

Using the jump rings already attached to the beaded strands, connect the Indicolite strand to 9¼" chain approximately 1½" down the 9¼" oval link chain on both sides.

Cut four 1 link pieces of oval chain.

Using a 4mm jump ring, attach a 1 link piece to the indicolite strand jump ring. Repeat for the other end of the indicolite strand.

Attach the smoke strand to the other end of the 1 link piece of chain from the previous step. Attach the other end to the other 1 link piece from the previous step.

Using a 4mm jump ring, attach a 1 link piece to the smoke strand jump ring. Repeat for the other end of the smoke strand.

Attach the lime strand to the other end of the 1 link piece of chain from the previous step. Attach the other end to the other 1 link piece from the previous step.

Attach the 8¼" chain to the lime strand jump ring at both ends.

Using jump rings, attach the 6¾" chain to the 8¼" chain approximately ¾" down either side of the chain.
