- Photograph (Toner Based Copy) – Black and White
- Derwent® Inktense Pencils
- Wax Paper
- Cake Pan
- ArtMinds™ Decoupage Glue
- Martha Stewart Crafts™ Glitter – Crystal
- Paintbrush
Project Instructions
Color black and white photograph as desired with Inktense pencils.
Cover the back of the photograph copy with decoupage glue and adhere to LED candle. Smooth out any bubbles with fingers.
Completely coat LED candle and photo with decoupage glue.
Pour glitter in a pan and roll the candle in the glitter until candle is completely covered.
If you need to go back in and fill in missed spots, wait for the first coat to dry completely. Once it is dry, go over blank spots with glue and sprinkle with glitter again.
