Cut a piece of powder blue cardstock 6½"x9½". Fold in half as your card base, and set aside.
Stamp Holiday Angel Set on a piece of 4"x6" light blue cardstock. Use a silver pigment ink pad. Remember to stamp images in every direction, and stamp off the paper as well. This gives an all-over design to your background layer.
Wrap sheer white ribbon around the light blue layer. Wrap one horizontally and one vertically. Then follow this with wrapping two pieces of blue and white twine over the sheer white. Adhere the ends of the ribbon to the back of the cardstock with tape.
Mount the light blue layer to a piece of 4¼"x6¼" piece of pale yellow cardstock. Then attach this piece to the powder blue card base.
Die cut or punch a tag that is large enough to accommodate the angel-with-gift stamp. Stamp the image on the tag using silver pigment ink pad. Then emboss with silver embossing powder. Sprinkle the powder on the image, tap off the excess powder, and emboss until set with a heat tool.
Color in the angel using your favorite brush markers.
Edge tag with clear glitter glue, and add to the angel’s gown and wings.
When dry, tie tag to card with white sheer ribbon.
