Material List

  • Loops & Threads® Charisma™ (100% Acrylic) Yarn – Charcoal, Fuchsia, True Red and Dark Purple
  • Straight Needles, Size US 10.5 / 6.5mm
  • Tapestry Needle
  • Scissors
 

Project Instructions

Gauge: 12 sts per 4" in stockinette. Use any size needle necessary to obtain specified gauge.

Front: Cast on 66 stitches using Fuchsia. Using the colorwork chart, knit 6 repeats across each row, until you have worked 26 rows. Cast off.

Back: Cast on 48 stitches using Charcoal. Knit in stockinette until piece measures 8" from cast-on edge. Cast off.

Finishing: Weave in ends, block. Seam front and back of pillow together, stuff pillow.

Tips

Note: To get the best gauge on the front of your pillow, knit the stitches loosely. After you have finished knitting the front, soak the piece in warm water, blot with a towel, and damp-dry with the piece pinned out to the desired dimensions. Gauge: For front of pillow: (INFORMATION MISSING HERE) For back of pillow: 3 stitches x 4 rows = 1" in stockinette
