Project Instructions
Step 1 Paint the cards, rubber stamp them and adhere magazine images on top using Art Minds™ Decoupage Glue.
Step 2 Rubber stamp on top of scrapbook paper or magazine images to add interest.
Step 3 In this project there are limitless options and ways to use the products.
