- Pigment Ink: Cyan, Moss Green
- EK Success® Scallop-edged Punch
- Heat Tool (for heat setting the inks)
- White Textured Paper
- Clear Acetate
- Wired Satin Ribbon (we used): Lime Green with White Polka Dots (1½-inch wide)
- Footed Glass Hurricane Vase (5-inches tall)
- White Candle (3-inches tall)
- Craft Glue (clear drying)
Cut a piece of acetate to fit around the glass vase, allowing a ¼-inch overlap. Cut two strips from the white textured paper the same length as the acetate.
Lay the acetate on your work surface and stamp the images alternately along the length of the acetate. Use moss green ink for the Hummingbird and cyan ink for the Bird in Flight.
Wrap the acetate around the glass vase and glue the overlap together.
Use the scallop punch along one long edge of each white strip. Ink the scalloped edges with both ink colors. Wrap one strip around the top of the acetate and glue the overlap together. Repeat with the other strip around the bottom of the acetate.
Wrap a length of ribbon around the footed bottom and tie a bow.
Use photo as a guide and follow manufacturer’s instructions for all products used.
Add some bling or gemstones to the vase to enhance certain details of the stamped image.
WARNING TO PREVENT FIRE: Burn candle within sight; keep out of reach of children and pets; never burn on or near anything that can catch fire; do not allow flame to come in contact with ribbon.
