"BOO" Sign
Easy way to decorate for Halloween–just add this sign to doors, in windows and more!

Material List
- Walnut Hollow® Creative Versa-Tool™
- Styrofoam Piece, 5" x 12" x 1½" and 5" x 8" x ½"
- Spray Paint - Black and Orange
- Ribbon, 3/8" (3') - Orange
- 4 1/2" Alphabet Stencil, 4½" - Spooky Style
- Letters
- Pencil (or Pen)
- Straight Pins (4)
- Paper Towels
- Pliers
- Scissors
- Tape
- Tacky Glue - White
Project Instructions
Attach the hot knife point on the Creative Versa-Tool™ and tighten with pliers.
Use tape to secure stand to work surface. Place Creative Versa-Tool™ on stand. Plug into electric outlet, press switch "ON" and let heat for 4-5 minutes.
Place stencil on ½" foam and trace letters with pencil or pen.
Use hot knife point to cut letters from foam. Turn switch "OFF". Let cool.
Use pliers to remove hot knife point. Attach tapered point to Creative Versa-Tool™. Turn switch "ON".
Use tapered point to cut zig-zag design in 24" of orange ribbon. Cut into two 12" pieces. Turn switch "OFF". Unplug tool. Let cool.
Spray a 5" x 12" x 1½" piece of foam black. Spray cut foam letters orange.
Use white glue to adhere cut letters and decorative ribbon to black foam.
Pin plain orange ribbon piece to top of both sides of "BOO" sign for hanger.
