Material List
- Charger – Black with Rhinestone Edge
- Martha Stewart Crafts™ Glitter Paint
- Paintbrush or Sponge
- Stencils – Alphabet of Choice
- Masking Tape (or Repositionable Stencil Adhesive)
- Ruler
Project Instructions
Step 1 Measure the width of each letter in the desired message. Add together those measurements plus ¼" for each space between letters. This is the amount of space you'll need for your message.
Step 2 Decide where you will place the message. Mark this measurement with masking tape at the beginning and end.
Step 3 Using the masking tape, make a baseline connecting the beginning and end marking. This will give you a guide for placing your letters so they are straight.
Step 4 Secure the stencil for the first letter to the charger using masking tape or stencil adhesive.
Step 5 Paint, using a stippling motion, until entire letter opening is covered.
Step 6 Very carefully remove stencil.
Step 7 Let paint dry.
Step 8 Repeat Steps 4-7 for each letter.
