Project Instructions

Step: 1

Note: Finished size is 4¼-inches x 5½-inches.

Step: 2

Use white cardstock to create a top-folding card. Round the bottom corners and tint all edges of the card with blue ink.

Step: 3

Cut a 3¾-inch x 2½-inch rectangle from pattern paper and round the corners. Tint the edges with charcoal ink, then glue the rectangle near the top of the card.

Step: 4

Cut a 3½-inch x 5/8-inch strip from another pattern paper and round the left edge. Tint the edges with charcoal ink, then glue the strip near the bottom right corner of the card.

Step: 5

Stamp “Thanks” above the strip with charcoal ink.

Step: 6

Stamp the elephant image on white cardstock three times, using charcoal ink for two of them and blue ink for the third one. Trim around one of the charcoal images to form a rectangle. Round the corners of the rectangle and tint the edges with blue ink. Attach the rectangle in the center of the pattern paper rectangle using foam adhesive squares.

Step: 7

Cut out just the ear from the other charcoal image and tint the edges with charcoal ink. On the blue image cut out just the blanket section.

Step: 8

Glue the blue blanket section on top of the blanket on the charcoal elephant

Step: 9

Place a foam adhesive square on the ear of the charcoal elephant, then attach the cut-out ear on top of it.
