Project Instructions

Select 4 coordinating prints from the DCWV Baby Girl stack.

Take the first print (base of card) and cut a 5 ½”x8 ½” piece of cardstock. Score down the middle (4 ¼”) and fold card in half.

Take out 10 ½” of bakers twine. Adhere 5 ¼” section to the top, middle section of the card. Tie 2 bows and adhere them with a glue dot to each end of the twine; this forms the banner.

To form triangle pennants on the front of card, cut 2 triangles (¾”x ¾”x ¾”) from the next piece of cardstock. Using image as a reference, adhere those just underneath the outside edges of the twine. Cut 2 larger square pennants, each out of different prints, with the sides measuring at least 1” long. Adhere those directly on the front of the card, approximately ¼” away from the triangle pennants. Finally, cut out a onesie from the white cardstock and adhere this directly to the center.

Finish off card by using ink pad to add shading to the outside edges.

Repeat as needed.

*Use different sheets from the stack for the actual card. This will use more paper from the stack and leave less to be purchased for multiple invitations.

*Add rhinestones or pearls to the front of the onesie to give it shine and added dimension.
