- Patterned Scrapbook Paper (2 different styles)
- Coordinating Narrow Ribbon (2 different styles)
- Self-Adhesive Felt Letters

- Tape

Project Instructions
Step: 1
Cut two 5½-inch x 3½-inch pieces from one style of patterned paper and one 5-inch x 3-inch piece from the other.
Step: 2
Adhere the 5-inch x 3-inch piece to the center of one of the 5½-inch x 3½-inch pieces. Line with one style of ribbon. Embellish with felt letters and icons.
Step: 3
Turn the embellished piece over and tape 1-inch of the wooden dowel onto the bottom center. Adhere other 5½-inch x 3½-inch piece, covering the wooden dowel.
Step: 4
Stick dowel into the ready-made floral basket.
Step: 5
Wrap other ribbon around the basket and tie a bow.
