Material List
- 1 - 12x12” sheet of double-sided BasicGrey® paper of choice
- Shoe template
- Favorite adhesive
- Fine-tipped scissors
- Scallop border punch
- Martha Stewart™ butterfly punch
- Pink buttons
Project Instructions
Cut out then trace shoe and shoe base pattern onto double-sided paper. Pattern should fit onto a 12”x12” sheet twice.
Cut out the pieces and assemble as indicated on the pattern.
Punch a ¼”x12” strip of double-sided paper and adhere scallop down along the back of the shoe. Trim away any excess.
Add a pink button where the MaryJane flap meets the shoe base.
Punch a butterfly from the same double-sided cardstock with punch and add next to the button.
Tips
To get a right and a left shoe, label your pattern with "side 1" and "side 2". Trace one top and one sole from "side 1", then flip over and trace one to and one sole from "side 2". Assemble the sole and top "side 1" pieces together, then assemble the sole and top "side 2" pieces together.Related Projects
