Project Instructions

Wreath:

Using 10” raffia wreath, wrap with turquoise satin ribbon to cover wreath.

Using turquoise patterned paper, trim two pieces for each of three lollies 12” x 2” and 4” x 2” and attach the 12” end to the 4” end to create 16” x 2”.

Border punch one long side.

Using the 2” width, make ½” folds alternating back and forth until the entire 16” is folded.

Attach the 2” ends together and pinch to sides to force to a flat center with the creative border on the outside.

Trim the green dot paper 12” x 1 ½”.

Repeat alternate folds until you have another flat center.

Attach green to turquoise using a glue dot in the center.

Cut a 2” circle from blue felt and attach to the front center of green.

Add chipboard stickers to center of blue as shown.

Using toothpicks, attach to each lollie and then to wreath.

Banner:

Trim four banner triangles 2 ½” x 3” x 3” from turquoise patterned paper from paper pad.

Trim four banner triangles 2” x 2 ½” x 2 ½” from green dot paper and adhere the greens to the turquoise.

Add chipboard letters spelling “BABY” to each of the four banner triangles.

Adhere each triangle to white trim to create banner.

Using 15” small sticks adhere each end of banner at top of each stick, add additional trim pieces to each top end and stabilize by puncturing into wreath.
