Project Instructions

1. Cut a 6-8-inch piece of wire. Create a wire loop by using the tip of your chain nose pliers and grasp the wire directly above the beads. Bend the wire into a right angle. Position the round nose pliers vertically into the bend and bring the wire over the top of the pliers. Move the pliers round part into the curved wire. Wrap the wire down and around the bottom of the pliers to create a loop. Slide open end of wire onto the Moroccan Safari Black & Bone pendant. Hold loop with the pliers. Wrap the wire tail around the stem of the wire, keeping it snug to the stem. Cut excess wire and press end close to stem with your pliers.

2. Cut a 6-inch piece of wire. Create a wire loop by using the tip of your chain nose- pliers and grasp the wire directly above the beads. Bend the wire into a right angle. Position the round nose pliers vertically into the bend and bring the wire over the top of the pliers. Move the pliers round part into the curved wire. Wrap the wire down and around the bottom of the pliers to create a loop. Hold loop with the pliers. Wrap the wire tail around the stem of the wire, keeping it snug to the stem. Cut excess wire and press end close to stem with your pliers. Slide onto open end of wire onto a gold bead, bone disc bead, tribal bone bead, disc bead and gold bead. Repeat the steps to complete the wire wrap but being sure to attach to the loop on the pendant before finishing wrap.

3. Cut 4 pieces of memory wire using the memory wire cutters. Slide the wire into each side of the black and white bone connectors. Take some of the seed beads and place on the wire. Using pliers make a simple loop at the end of each wire at one end of the connectors and connect to the pendant. Make sure wire is closed securely. One the opposite end of the connectors, connect both of the wire loops to each other.

4. Take the two gold embossed beads and using wire wrap method above in step 2 to connect the beads to the seed bead loops.

5. Use the wire wrap method in step 2 to attach the black & wire bone tribal beads to the gold embossed beads on both sides of the necklace. Connect the top part of the bead to the bottom of the wire diamond connector.

6. Cut 4 small pieces of memory wire. Using pliers create a loop on one end and connect to the top of the black & white bone tribal bead. Place seed beads onto the wire and connect the wire at the bottom of the tribal bead. Repeat for the other side of the necklace.

7. Using step 2, wire wrap a black and white bone tribal bead onto the wire diamond connector. Attach the top part of the bead to the icon chain. Repeat for other side of the necklace.

8. Attach using jump rings the circle icon chain to the wire diamond connectors. Close jump rings securely.

9. Adjust the necklace length as desired and place clasp either at the side or the center back of the icon chain.

10. Cut strips of the black cording and tie throughout the necklace. Place a knot at the ends

11. Cut a long strip of black and tan cording, tie around the top of the pendant. Place the disc beads onto each of the strands and tie a knot large enough to secure each bead in place.
