Project Instructions
Place one metal bead onto the starfish head pin. Bend the pin at a 90° angle and trim to ¼". Using the round nose pliers, begin rolling the head pin end to form a loop.
Repeat with the second starfish head pin.
Before closing the loops. Place the loop onto the filigree charm end.
Attach an ear wire to the top of each filigree charm.
