Project Instructions

Cut a desired length of beading wire. Feed one end up and back down through a crimp bead, leaving a small loop at the end. Trim excess wire with wire cutters.

Use a crimp tool to crimp the bead at the end of the wire.

String glass beads, alternating with metal beads.

Feed the end of the wire up and down back through a crimp bead, leaving another small loop at the end. Use a crimp tool to crimp the bead at the end of the wire.

Trim excess wire with wire cutters.

Add a jump ring and a lobster claw to the loop at the end of the beaded wire.

Trim excess wire with wire cutters.

Attach the colored sea glass connectors together with jump rings.

At the top end of the connector set, attach a jump ring to each loop. Attach a third jump ring to bring the two jump rings together. Clasp the lobster claw around the jump ring.

On the opposite end of the sea glass connectors add two short lengths of chain and attach them to the ring on the sea turtle pendant with a jump ring.

Attach another two lengths of cascading chain to the loop on the sea turtle.

Attach the opposite ends of the above chain lengths to the starfish pendant.

Open a jump ring and place three short lengths of chain onto the jump ring. Close the jump ring around the loop on the back of the starfish.

Feed a head pin through a seed bead and a large glass bead. Bend the pin to form a right angle. Cut the pin approximately ¼" beyond the bead. Use the round end of your pliers to grasp the end of the pin and curve the pin by using a rolling motion to fold it over a single round prong. Before closing the loop attach the beaded head pin to the length of chain. Repeat with all beaded head pins.

Attach the sea turtle charms to the chain with jump rings.

On the top end of the starfish pendant, attach a jump ring. Before closing the ring, place the loop on one end of the beaded wire into the jump ring.
