Using a piercing tool, create a hole in the bottom of dress form to fit a dowel rod.
Paint dress form. Let dry.
Using the template, trace and cut all pieces.
Cut lines in bodice. This will help the bodice to fit around the shape of dress form. Overlap and adhere to form.
Adhere back top and bottom pieces to form.
To create skirt sheath; cut, fold, overlap, and adhere front and back of dress pieces.
To create bottom of skirt, you will need three pieces of (Cream Circle) patterned paper. Cut the circle design that is printed on the paper. Ensure to cut around the black flourish shapes along the edges.
Cut a 2½" hole in the center of each circle, and then cut a slit from the outer edge to the center hole.
To create a curled paper effect for the bottom of the skirt, use a thin curling iron. Clamp the iron where the circle splits open and bend for a few seconds. Turn paper over and repeat. Continue this process around circle to create curled bottom of skirt.
Adhere three skirt pieces to the bottom of dress.
Cut 4"x36" piece of tulle. Run top edge of tulle through a sewing machine to create gathered piece of tulle. Sew ends together to form a tulle slip and adhere under skirt.
Adhere rhinestones on dress and as a necklace.
Insert dowel rod through the center of dress and the other end into the stand.
