Cut a piece of white cardstock to 5¼"x4". Spray cardstock using Smooch Spritz in Pralines and Cream, then spray again with Log Cabin.
Stamp round bird cage stamp all over as a background over spritzed cardstock using Wicked Black Archival Ink Pad.
Stamp bird in oval onto spritzed cardstock slightly to the right of center on the card.
On another piece of white cardstock, stamp bird oval image using black pigment ink pad. Sprinkle with clear embossing powder and use heat tool to set powder. Color in image background using Smooch Inks in Plumberry, Snickerdoodle and Lettuce, blending colors into each other while still wet.
Wrap black and white polka-dot ribbon around the spritzed card. Secure to the back of the card with adhesive. Use adhesive to attach to lettuce card base.
Cut out the oval from the embossed image and place directly over the same stamped image on the spritzed cardstock. Use foam tape to add dimension.
Tie a bow using black and white polka dot ribbon. Glue to the top of the oval over the bird. Thread a piece of twine through a white button, then tie a bow behind the button. Glue the button to the center of the black and white bow.
Adhere three self adhesive pearls to the right of the oval.
