Fold a piece of 8½"x 5½" aqua cardstock in half. Use this as the card base.
Stamp birdhouse onto a piece of white cardstock using black pigment ink pad. Sprinkle clear embossing powder over the image. Tap off excess powder, and heat with heat tool until powder is set.
Trim white cardstock down to fit just around the image.
Attach this card to a slightly larger piece of hot pink cardstock, then to a larger lime green cardstock.
Use brush markers or watercolors to color in the image.
Put two or three silk flowers through a rhinestone brad. Punch a hole into the card using a needle tool. Put the brad through the hole, and fasten to the front of the card.
Adhere the card to the card base.
