Project Instructions
Trace bird onto scrapbook paper using Martha Stewart Crafts™ stencil as your template.
Cut out using an X-ACTO® knife.
Adhere Glitter Transfer Paper according to package directions.
Paint Mod Podge® onto back of bird and smooth out wrinkles. Immediately wipe any excess Mod Podge® off of the charger.
Paint Mod Podge® around the edge of the charger, sprinkle with turquoise glitter and allow to dry.
