Material List
- Liquitex® Acrylic Paint (we used): Pyrrole Red, Pyrrole Crimson, Colbalt Teal, Translucent Burnt Umber, Black, White
- Paintbrush
- Liner Brush
- Stylus or other pointed tool
Project Instructions
Use black to paint flower on canvas.
Paint the background with Cobalt Teal and White, leaving a small border of black canvas. While paint is still wet, scratch in background words with a stylus or pointed tool.
Paint in petals with Pyrrole Crimson; let dry. Dry brush Pyrrole Red for highlights as shown.
Using a liner brush and Black, outline petals.
Shade around outside flower with Translucent Burnt Umber.
