- Low Heat Glue Gun
- Pencil
- Scissors
- Scrapbook Paper – Metallic Glitter
Project Instructions
Step 1 Print and cut out lips, mustache shapes, bows, hats, etc. from pattern.
Step 2 Trace patterns onto metallic paper and cut out.
Step 3 Wrap dowel rod with ribbon and secure with hot glue.
Step 4 Attach shape to wrapped wooden dowel using Glue Dots®.
