Step 1 Paint all sides of the frame black with your craft paint. Set aside to dry.
Step 2 While the frame is drying, select nine prints. Cut the first six into pieces measuring 4"x5½" and the next two into pieces measuring 3-7/8"x5½". *Note: You will need to use the extra sheets of each print from the paper pad, as it will take 13 or14 pieces to complete each section.
Step 3 Beginning with the first piece, wrap it tightly around the end of the pencil. Once all the paper is rolled into place, secure it with your adhesive. Repeat with all your remaining pieces until all have been rolled into individual sections. Set aside momentarily.
Step 4 Adhere the center section of the frame to the back of your glitter sheet of paper. Cut out.
Step 5 Take your remaining print and use it to cover the paper mâché heart. Punch out some (at least three) flowers from this print or a coordinating print and attach them together with the rhinestone brad. Bend the corners up or down using the end of your pencil and adhere them to the heart. Add a bow on top of the heart, leaving a long tail (4" to 6") at the top. Adhere your heart to the center of the newly created glitter square, wrapping the tail around the top of the square and onto the back. Insert this into the center of the frame and close the metal pieces in the back to hold it in.
Step 6 Turn the frame over. Take out your two sets of smaller rolled papers. Beginning with the first set, adhere these vertically (from the inside out) to the center section of the left side of the frame with no gaps. *Note: be sure to match up the tops and bottoms so that everything looks uniform when complete. Repeat this process with the next set of smaller rolled papers, applying this group to the center section of the right side of the frame.
Step 7 Take your remaining sets of rolled papers. Beginning in the top left corner, adhere the first set horizontally to the frame, beginning with the first roll flush against the top of the first set from Step 6, and with no spaces in between. *Note: depending on the size of your frame, the outside edge may need to hang over slightly. Take the next set of rolled papers and adhere them vertically to the middle of the top section of the frame in the same manner as the previous three sets. Continue adhering the remaining rolled sets of prints to the frame in alternating directions, adjusting their placement as desired.
Step 8 If you are hanging up the frame, attach two pieces of the red ribbon to the back using hot glue, tying the loose ends together in the middle in a bow. Display where desired and enjoy!
