Blossom Song "Paper Wreath"
Create this delightful Paper Wreath using Die Cut with a View®’s Blossom Song Stack. This one-hour project makes a charming home décor project for the spring or summertime.
Material List
- The Blossom Song stack
- Foam Wreath (12")
- Rose Template
- Paintbrush and Water
- Green Satin Ribbon
- Hot Glue Gun and Glue
- Scissors
- Paper Trimmer
Project Instructions
Paper Wreath:
Choose 6 patterned pieces of paper and cut into 1” x 4” strips.
Curl strips into loop shapes and adhere ends together.
Adhere loops to the wreath in a circular pattern. Create two rows of circular loops.
Cut a 2” x 12” strip of paper. Add glue along the bottom 2/3 of paper strip and adhere to the inside of wreath.
Insert remaining loops into top edge of paper strip and glue.
Tie a ribbon to hang.
Optional: Create paper rose and adhere to wreath. Refer to paper rose instructions.
Rose:
Enlarge template as needed and cut out.
Using the rose template, trace and cut out rose shape from paper.
To create a rose, wrap circular strip into a rose shape and hot glue together as you wrap.
Curl rose petals tips by wrapping around pencil.
