First create the dangles. Thread a 4mm bicone onto an eye pin and finish with a simple top loop. Click to see technique for making loop. Make 2 beaded links.
Use a 4mm jump ring to attach an open star charm to the bottom of each beaded link.
Cut 14-20 link lengths of chain (about 1¾-inches long each). Group 7 chains and a beaded link together onto a 4mm jump ring.
Use a 6mm jump ring to attach each “tassel” group to the bottom of a fish hook earring.
First create the tassel pendant feature. Cut 4-23 link and 1-13 link lengths of chain.
Thread a 4mm bicone onto an eye pin and finish with a simple top loop. Use a 4mm jump ring to attach a closed star to the bottom of the beaded link.
Use a 4mm jump ring to attach a closed star to the bottom of the 13 link chain.
Use a 4mm jump ring to gather all of the chains and the beaded link together into the “tassel”. Connect a 6mm jump ring to the 4mm jump ring to form the top loop of the pendant.
Cut 2-5 inch lengths of bar and twist chain (should have 5 long straight bars in each length). Attach just a 4mm jump ring on one end of chain and for the other chain end use a 4mm jump ring to also attach the lobster claw clasp.
Thread a 4mm bicone onto an eye pin and finish with a simple loop. Make 10 of these 4mm bicone links.
Thread a 6mm bicone onto an eye pin and finish with a top loop. Make 8 of these 6mm bicone links. Carefully open and close end loops to attach alternating 4mm and 6mm links together until you have a chain of 9 beads (5-4mm and 4-6mm bicones) for each side of the necklace.
Use the 6mm jump ring of the pendant to hold the 2 beaded side chains together in the center of the necklace. Use a 4mm jump ring to connect the beaded links to the side chains that already have the end clasp attached.
