Project Instructions
Cut patterned paper to 3¼"x6¼" and attach to paper bag.
Die-cut cupcake from several colors of textured cardstock and patterned paper, layer them, embellish with glitter and brad and attach.
Sand textured cardstock on cupcake to reveal pattern and attach embellishment.
Tie bow with 10" piece of diamond ribbon and attach.
Tie bow with 10" piece of sheer black ribbon and attach.
Attach two 4" pieces of tinsel ribbon and bend.
