Material List
- Mod Podge- Glow in the Dark
- Plaid Letter Stencils- 4"
- Glass Dinner Plates- 3
- Scrapbook Paper- Black
- Tissue Paper- White
- Craft Knife and Mat
- Scissors
- Paint Brush
Project Instructions
Step: 1
Using the "b" and "o" from the stencils, cut out the letters from the black paper and decoupage to the center back of each plate.
Step: 2
Cut several strips of black paper and decoupage around the edge of the plates as shown in the photo.
Step: 3
Cut out several squares of the white tissue paper and glue to the backs of plates with Mod Podge. Add several layers of paper, allowing the plates to dry between each layer.
Step: 4
Allow project to dry for 24 hours before using.
