HAT
With circ ndl, cast-on 72 sts, place marker (pm) and join to work in the rnd, being careful not to twist sts.
Work even in 2x2 rib until hat meas 2" from cast-on.
Begin Cable Pattern
Rnd 1: * K1, p2,2/2LC, k2, p2, k1; rep from * to end of rnd.
Rnds 2 & 4: *K1, p2, k6, p2, k1; rep from * to end of rnd.
Rnd 3: * K1, p2,k2, 2/2RC, p2, k1; rep from * to end of rnd.

Begin Crown Shaping
Note: Change to dpns when the sts become too difficult to work with the circ ndl.
