- Tulip® Dimensional Paint – Fluorescent Pink Slick
- Tulip® Fabric Spray Paint – Neon Pink
- Tutu – Pink
- Ribbon – Pattern of Choice
- Tulip® Fashion Form™
- Contact Paper – Clear
- Craft Knife
- Pencil
Project Instructions
Step 1 Insert Tulip® Fashion Form™ inside tutu and set aside.
Step 2 Place clear contact paper over ribbon pattern, trace with pen and cut out with craft knife to create stencil.
Step 3 Adhere stencil on tutu.
Step 4 Spray Tulip® Fabric Spray Paint over stencil. Repeat until desired coverage is reached. Remove stencil.
Step 5 Use Pink dimensional paint to outline ribbon. Let dry.
Step 6 Once dry, repeat Steps 3-5 until tutu has ribbons all
