Project Instructions
Step: 1
Necklace
Pass a head pin through a nugget and 15 crimp beads (don’t crimp them).
Step: 2
Make a basic loop at the top of the pin. Click to see technique for making loop.
Step: 3
Repeat steps 1-2 for five total dangles. (unit A)
Step: 4
Cut four 1-inch pieces of chain.
Step: 5
Attach a pinch bail to a pearl, then open the last link on a piece of chain and attach it to the pinch bail loop; repeat for each 1-inch piece of chain. (unit B)
Step: 6
Cut a 2-inch piece of Beadalon 7.
Step: 7
Crimp a crimp bead onto one end of the wire, then pass the wire through a closed crimp cover, chip, crimp cover and another crimp bead. Crimp the crimp bead to hold the beads in place.
Step: 8
Pass the top of the wire through a crimp bead, fold it and pass the end back through the crimp bead to form a small loop. Crimp it.
Step: 9
Repeat steps 6-8 for four total dangles. (unit C)
Step: 10
Cut two 6-inch lengths of chain.
Step: 11
Cut a 6-inch length of Beadalon 7 and use a crimp bead to attach one end to the end of a piece of chain.
Step: 12
Pass the wire through the following: pearl, A, pearl, B, chip, C. Repeat this pattern once more.
Step: 13
Pass the wire through the following: pearl, A, pearl, C, chip, B. Repeat this pattern once more.
Step: 14
Attach the wire end to the other piece of chain.
Step: 15
Use a jump ring to attach the clasp to one end of the necklace, then attach another jump ring to the other end of the necklace.

Step: 16
Earrings
Pass a head pin through a nugget and 15 crimp beads (don’t crimp them).

Cut a 2-inch length of chain.

Attach a pinch bail to a pearl, then open the last link on a piece of chain and attach it to the pinch bail loop.

Cut a 2-inch piece of Beadalon 7.

Crimp a crimp bead onto one end of the wire, then pass the wire through a closed crimp cover, chip, crimp cover and another crimp bead. Crimp the crimp bead to hold the beads in place.

Pass the top of the wire through a crimp bead, fold it and pass the end back through the crimp bead to form a small loop. Crimp it.
Step: 23
Slide the top of each dangle onto the ear wire, then pinch the ear wire closed at the bottom.
Step: 24
Repeat all steps to make a matching earring.
