Project Instructions

  1. Use decorative-edged scissors to cut two strips of purple foam, each 1-inch x 8-inches. Glue the strips together, end to end, to make one 16-inch long headband.
  2. Cut the chenille stem into three equal pieces. Wrap each each piece around a finger to coil. Glue a foam butterfly to one end of each coil. Attach the other end to the headband using the foam flowers.
  3. Cover the rest of the headband with foam pieces and Glitter Glue designs.
  4. Cut the ribbon in half. Attach one end to each end of the headband by tucking the ribbon under a foam flower. Let the Glitter Glue dry.

Adult supervision required at all times. Children should not use scissors without adult supervision.
