Project Instructions
- Use decorative-edged scissors to cut two strips of purple foam, each 1-inch x 8-inches. Glue the strips together, end to end, to make one 16-inch long headband.
- Cut the chenille stem into three equal pieces. Wrap each each piece around a finger to coil. Glue a foam butterfly to one end of each coil. Attach the other end to the headband using the foam flowers.
- Cover the rest of the headband with foam pieces and Glitter Glue designs.
- Cut the ribbon in half. Attach one end to each end of the headband by tucking the ribbon under a foam flower. Let the Glitter Glue dry.
