Project Instructions
Step: 1
Rip four strips of tissue big enough to cover each side of jar.
Step: 2
Adhere tissue strips with Mod Podge, then brush another coat on top. Let dry.
Step: 3
Stencil butterflies on jar, using two colors for each butterfly.
Step: 4
