Project Instructions
- Cut ribbon to fit wrist, slightly overlapping for closure. Coat ends of the ribbon with fabric glue to keep the ends from raveling.
- Cut felt to match the ribbon width and length.
- Glue buttons onto the front of ribbon. Glue felt on the back of the ribbon and let dry.
- Cut Velcro to fit ends. It is self-adhesive, so no need for glue.
