For purse, measure and cut a 14-inch x 24-inch piece of felt. Fold in half lengthwise. Stitch 16-inches down the side and across the width of the purse to the folded side.
For strap, cut felt into strips below the stitching. Cut a 1-¼-inch x 27-inch piece of felt. Stitch to each side of the purse 7-inches down from the top.
String 30 seed beads on wire, crimp into a loop. Repeat 4 more times. Glue button to a piece of felt. Stitch beads around button. Add two more rows of beads around button. Trim felt around beads and button.
Being careful to stitch only through one layer of felt, stitch the beaded button to the center of the flap. Stitch the 5 seed bead loops standing up in the center of the button, pulling thread tight. Stitch the two silver buttons above the beaded button.
