- Paint Can, Small
- Celebrate It™ Tissue Paper – Red and Yellow
- Plaid® Mod Podge®, Sparkle
- Americana® Glow-in-the-Dark Paint
- Glow Stick Bracelets
- Foam Brush
- Scissors

Project Instructions
step 1
Cut a piece of yellow tissue paper that would fit around the can.
step 2
Apply Plaid® Mod Podge® Sparkle to the outside of the paint can. Slowly press on the layer of yellow tissue paper.
step 3
Apply another layer of Plaid® Mod Podge® Sparkle over the yellow tissue to seal it all around the can. Let dry.
step 4
Cut out a large flame (pattern available at michaels.com) out of red tissue paper and Mod Podge® it to the can as seen in photo.
step 5
Cut out a small flame in yellow and Mod Podge® it over the red flame. Let dry.
step 6
Paint interior of can with Americana® Glow-in-the-Dark paint. Cover bottom of can interior with paint too and let dry.
step 7
Add glow sticks for fun!
