Project Instructions

Step: 1
Use one 12-inch x 12-inch sheet of red cardstock as layout base. Cut one 11 ¾-inch x 11 ¾-inch block of white cardstock. Cut one 12-inch x 3-inch strip of red cardstock. Adhere ribbon to top and bottom of strip. Adhere to layout as shown.

Step: 2
Cut one 4 ¾-inch x 6 ¾-inch block of white cardstock. Cut one 5 ¼-inch x 7 ¼-inch block of red cardstock. Layer and adhere to layout as shown.

Step: 3
Cut maple leaves. Using Designer’s Calendar cartridge and red cardstock, select Shadow feature, press Shift, and cut six 2 ½-inch

Step: 4
Cut CANADA DAY. Using Plantin SchoolBook cartridge and white cardstock, cut 2-inch letters to spell CANADA DAY. Adhere to layout as shown.
Step: 5
Adhere buttons to layout as shown using glue dots.
