- Tissue Paper: Red, White
- Craft Foam: White
- Wooden Dowel Rod (1 per stake)
- Red Marker
- White Curling Ribbon
- Tape
- Scissors

Project Instructions
Step: 1
Pom-Pom
Cut red tissue paper in half so you have two pieces. Repeat with the white tissue paper.
Step: 2
Take one of the red tissue paper halves and cut 1½-inch wide strips, stopping 2-inches from the edge. Repeat with the white tissue paper.
Step: 3
Lay the cut red tissue on top of the cut white tissue with the strips all facing the same direction.
Step: 4
Roll the bottom edge of the cut tissue paper around a dowel rod to create the pom pom. Tape the ends to secure.
Step: 5
Add white curling ribbon for decoration as shown.
Step: 6
Maple Leaf
Use the pattern provided to trace and cut out the maple leaf from the white foam sheet.
Step: 7
Color as shown or as desired.
Step: 8
Secure the leaf to the dowel rod with tape.
Step: 9
Add white curling for decoration as shown.
