Step 1 Glue the cake tiers together, stacked largest to smallest. Stack them like stair steps so that they are flush with one another at the back of the cake.
Step 2 Cover the sides of the three tiers of the cake with lengths of red tape to completely cover. Cut lengths of tape to cover the very top of the cake. Trim the ends of the tape around the top of the cake for a clean look. You will not need to cover the tops of the middle and bottom tiers with the tape; they will be hidden by the candy.
Step 3 Pin lengths of tape around bottom edge of each tier, sticky side out. You will not need sticky tape at the very back of the cake. Arrange and stick the candy in place of the bottom and middle tiers to the Duck Tape®.
Step 4 Use the tip of the scissors to pierce holes through the tape at the top of the cake to insert the lollipops at varying heights. This creates a fun cake topper.
Step 5 Tie a length of ribbon into a bow around the candy at the bottom tier and pin in place at the back of the cake. Make a small bow and pin it, centered, to the top of the cake with the lollipops.
