Bake and cool cupcakes in You Bake Me Smile pattern standard baking cups.
Tint melted white Candy Melts® with pink color from candy color set, pour into disposable decorating bag with ¼" cut off of tip and fill in Valentine Heart candy pick molds. Refrigerate to set.
Ice cupcakes smooth with spatula.
Unmold candy picks and insert in top of cupcake.
