Bake cake 1" high in Jelly Roll Pan. Let cool.
Use smallest circle from cutter set to cut cake rounds.
Position cake rounds on Cooling Grid placed over waxed paper.
Melt white Candy Melts according to package directions and pour over cake from center down sides to cover cake completely. Tap Cooling Grid on counter to release air bubbles. Refrigerate to set.
Melt pink Candy Melts according to package directions and pour into Valentine Heart Candy Pick Mold. Tap mold lightly to remove air bubbles. Place in level surface in refrigerator until set.
To remove candy picks, carefully use sharp end of paring knife to remove bottom end of pick first and then the remaining pick.
Use warmed cookie sheet to lightly melt heart and place on top of mini cake to attach.
Use melted candy in disposable bag with ¼" tip cut off to pipe a dot of candy on backs of red Jumbo Heart Sprinkles and attach all around sides of cake.
Use melted candy in disposable bag with ¼" tip cut off to attach pink Sugar Pearls around base on cake.
