Project Instructions
- Cut a 2" strip from brown foam sheet (measure width of can hug for the length).
- Cut strips to make a fringe, leaving about a 1/2" area for glue.
- Glue fringe to can hug.
- Apply foam stickers to decorate Caribbean theme.
