  • Ink Pad – Brown

  • Paper Trimmer
  • Scissors -- Straight Edge

Project Instructions

Cut a half circle from your chosen print. Make this into a cone and adhere the edges together with hot glue.

Make a ruffle using your creamy fabric or punch out flowers from assorted prints to embellish your party hat. Adhere in place with hot glue.

Tips

If the cone doesn’t wrap well into a proportional hat, trim until you reach a more desirable size. Another way would be to take apart an old party hat to use as a template.
