GAUGE
In Stockinette stitch, using U.S. size 8 (5mm) needles, 17 sts and 22 rows = 4"/10 cm
 

STITCHES USED
Stockinette stitch (St st)
K1, p1 rib
 

BODY
Using circular needle and MC, CO 104 (110, 116, 122) sts. Place marker and join. Work around in St st (k every rnd) until piece measures 8 (9, 10 ½, 12)" from beg, end with a WS row.
 

Divide work
(RS) BO 8 sts for armhole, k44 (47, 50, 53) sts and place on a holder for front, BO 8 sts for armhole, work rem 44 (47, 50, 53) sts and place on a holder for back.
 

SLEEVES
Using straight needles and MC, CO 32 (32, 32, 34) sts. Work back and forth in St st (k on RS, p on WS), inc 1 st each side every 6 (6, 4, 4) rows 6 (7, 8, 8) times--44 (46, 48, 50) sts. Work even until piece measures 7 (9, 11, 13)" from beg, end with a WS row. Place sts on a holder. Work 2nd Sleeve.
 

YOKE
With RS facing, using circular needle and MC, k44 (47, 50, 53) front sts, pm (place marker), k44 (46, 48, 50) sts from one sleeve holder, pm, k44 (47, 50, 53) sts from back holder, pm, k44 (46, 48, 50) sts from other sleeve, pm—176 (186, 196, 206) sts. Join and work 3 (5, 8, 12) rnds even inc 4 (3, 2, 1) st(s) on first rnd—180 (189, 198, 207) sts.
Rnd 1: *K1 B, k3 MC, k1 B, k4 MC; rep from * around.
Rnd 2: *K1 B, k3 MC, k1 B, k1, k2tog, k1 MC; rep from * around—160 (168, 176, 184) sts.
Rnd 3: K1 B, k3 MC; rep from * around.
Rnd 4: K2 B, k1 MC, k1 B; rep from * around.
Rnd 5: K1 A, k3 B; rep from * around.
Rnd 6: K2 A, k1 B, k1 A; rep from * around.
Rnd 7: With A, k1 rnd.
Rnd 8: K1 MC, k3 A; * rep from * around.
Rnd 9: K2 MC, k1 A, k1 MC; rep from * around.
Rnd 10: K1 B, k3 MC; rep from * around.
Rnd 11: K3 MC, k1 A; rep from * around.
Rnd 12: K1 MC, (k2tog, k1) A; * rep from * around—120 (126, 132, 138) sts.
Rnd 13: With A, k 1 rnd.
Divide work in middle, turn and work 4-st cable CO at end of Row 14 as follows:
Row 14 (RS): With A, k to center of front, work a 4 st cable CO; turn.
Row 15 (WS): With A, p working a 4 st cable CO at the end of this rnd (keeping first 4 and last 4 sts in A and Garter st for front opening border)—128 (134, 140, 146) sts.
Note: Continue working back and forth on circular needle in rows.
Row 16: Maintaining first 4 and last 4 sts in Garter st, with A, p 1 rnd dec 0 (2, 0, 2) sts across center sts—128 (132, 140, 144) sts.
Row 17: With A, k first 4 border sts, *k2, k2tog; rep from * across to last 4 sts, k4 border sts—98 (101, 107, 110) sts.
Row 18: With A, k first 4 border sts, p to last 4 sts, k 4 border sts.
Row 19: K first 4 border sts with A, *k 2 with A, k1 with B; rep from * to last 4 sts, k 4 border sts with A
Row 20: K first 4 border sts with A, *p1 with B, p2 with A; rep from * to last 4 sts, k4 border sts with A.
Row 21: K first 4 border sts with A, *k2 with A, k1 with MC; rep from * to last 4 sts, k4 border sts with A.
Row 22: K first 4 border sts with A, *p1 with MC, p2 with A; rep from * to last 4 sts, k4 border sts with A.

Next row: K first 4 border sts with A, *k2tog with A, k1 with MC; rep from * to last 4 sts, k4 border sts with A—68 (70, 74, 76) sts.
Next row: K first 4 border sts with A, *p1 with MC, p1 with A; rep from * to last 4 sts, k4 border sts with A.
Next row: K first 4 border sts with A, with MC (k1, p1) to last 4 sts, k 4 border sts with A.
Maintaining first 4 and last 4 border sts in Garter st with A and sts between in (k1, p1) rib for ¾ (1, 1 ¼, 1 ½)". BO in rib.
 

FINISHING
Using yarn needle, weave in ends. Sew Sleeve seams.
